2. Services Offered

We offer the following services:

• SUP Rental Booking: Rent stand-up paddleboards for a specified period.
• SUP Yoga Lesson: Participate in a yoga session on stand-up paddleboards.
• SUP Starter Lesson: Take beginner lessons to learn the basics of stand-up paddleboarding.

We have the necessary certificates to provide these services, ensuring a safe and professional experience.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings for our services are made through the TuriTop booking system available on our Website. Payments are processed securely via PayPal. By making a booking, you agree to the following:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
• Ensure that the payment method used is valid and has sufficient funds to cover the booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we offer the following cancellation and refund policy:

• Cancellation: You may cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a full refund.
• Refunds: If the cancellation is made within the specified period, a full refund will be processed via PayPal.

Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are not eligible for a refund.

5. Use of Services

By booking and using our services, you agree to the following conditions:

• Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our staff.
• Wear appropriate attire and safety equipment as required.
• Ensure that you are physically capable of participating in the selected activities.
